In T-world, there was once a mysterious amusement park bustling with excitement, filled with whimsical rides and wonderful toys. The staffs there were robotic puppets. Known as the children's heaven in T-world, the park got its energy from kids' imagination and laughter.

However, its power source faded as the children grew up and their imagination dwindled; in the end, the park became deserted. That has all changed on one day, when Buzz woke up, a robot puppet who seemed to have consciousness and emotions of his own. The imagination-powered heart on his chest started beating and emanating a faint glow. Buzz began to wander around the amusement park, collecting scattered gears along the way to repair himself. Occasionally, he would climb up the Ferris wheel to take a full look of the park.
